Chiropractic Care in Franklin, Tennessee
Chiropractic Care Designed Around How You Move and Feel
Individualized evaluation and chiropractic care for adults and families experiencing back pain, neck discomfort, headaches, stiffness, mobility limitations or recurring strain.
A thoughtful first step
Start with a careful evaluation—not assumptions
At Sweeney Health Centers, your first visit begins with listening. We review your history, discuss what is limiting you, and examine movement and musculoskeletal function before recommending care.
Chiropractic care may be appropriate for some musculoskeletal complaints. If your findings suggest that imaging, medical testing or another healthcare professional should be involved, we explain that clearly and help you choose an appropriate next step.

Chiropractic FAQs
Questions patients often ask
Does chiropractic care hurt?
Many people find treatment comfortable, though temporary soreness can occur. We explain what we recommend, adjust techniques to your comfort and welcome questions before care begins.
How many visits will I need?
That depends on your concern, health history, examination, goals and response to care. We do not believe every patient needs the same schedule, and progress should be reassessed.
Do you take X-rays?
Imaging is not automatically necessary for every patient. If your history or examination suggests that imaging could change clinical decisions, we discuss the reason and appropriate next step.
Can chiropractic care help back or neck pain?
Chiropractic care, including spinal manipulation, may help some people with certain musculoskeletal back or neck complaints. Results vary, and an evaluation helps determine whether it is a reasonable option for you.
When should I seek urgent medical care first?
Seek urgent medical evaluation for symptoms such as new loss of bowel or bladder control, progressive weakness, severe trauma, fever with severe pain, chest pain, stroke symptoms or a sudden severe headache. Call 911 for a medical emergency.
